I’ve got a new guided meditation for you! This short (less than 15 minutes) will take you on a guided journey exploring your senses. Your senses (and your body) are the gateway to the present moment, and by centering your awareness here, you can “get out of your head” and into a calmer, “being”mode – completely in touch with the here and now.
So find a space where you won’t be disturbed, wear some comfy clothes and either sit down or lie on your back and hit play!
