Hi there! I’m Sharee James.

I’m a Naturopath, Yoga & Mindfulness Meditation Instructor dedicated to helping you overcome anxiety, low mood and fatigue, naturally & without nasty side-effects!

Many years back I suffered from chronic fatigue syndrome, burnout and at my worst, severe anxiety attacks. Through my own wellness journey I learned how to heal my body and calm my mind using herbal medicine, clinical nutrition, yoga and mindfulness…

My mission?

To help YOU get to the root cause(s) of YOUR symptoms and feel calm, happy and well so you can live your best life.

Professional Bio

Sharee graduated with an Advanced Diploma in Applied Science (Naturopathy) in 2004 from the Perth Academy of Natural Therapies and is a professional member of The Australian Traditional Medicine Society (Membership No: 22321), and became a qualified yoga and mindfulness teacher and registered member of Yoga Australia in 2012.

She has worked in naturopathic clinical practice in a variety of clinical settings including the world’s largest functional medicine clinic, has run yoga and meditation retreats in the Himalayas of Nepal for 10 years and has had thousands of students improve their mental wellbeing in her online mindfulness courses.

Her ongoing study led her to become a PI Therapy practitioner (Dr Adrian Lopresti’s Personalised Integrative Therapy, an integrative treatment for depression and anxiety that targets their many causes) and is currently completing her certification in Nutritional and Integrative Medicine for Mental Health with Dr Leslie Korn Ph.D.

Sharee is regularly featured as a wellness and personal growth expert on top sites, podcasts and magazines such as Mind Body Green, Yoga Life, Casa De Karma, Positively Positive, Tiny Buddha and PersonalGrowth.com to name a few.
